Job summary

Education Service Center, Region 2 is seeking a Campus Coach to strengthen instructional leadership at campuses within the district by guiding the planning, delivery of coaching, and professional development focused on High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) aligned to district goals.

The role collaborates with the District Coach and LIFT Lead to execute campus plans, collect data, and participate in grant-related planning while engaging in statewide professional learning to refine coaching

Responsibilities

Builds strong, collaborative relationships with campus leaders, instructional coaches, and teachers to strengthen instructional leadership and ensure HQIM planning and implementation.
Collects, analyzes, and reports campus data to guide continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
Participates in statewide professional learning with peers to refine coaching practices and enhance program effectiveness.
