Job summary

ESC Region 11 is seeking a District Coach: Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas (LIFT) to drive instructional leadership and HQIM planning at the district level. You will work with LIFT Leads and Campus Coaches to develop and execute district and campus plans.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills, with experience in leadership coaching and strategic planning at the systems level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree is required.
• Texas Teacher Educator’s certification is required.
• Principal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver upfront training, implementation support, and coaching for district leaders on instructional leadership systems and HQIM planning and implementation.
• Build and foster LEA program experience; manage LEA leadership and team experience in the grant program.
• Support Campus Coaches; oversee content, skill development, and interactions with campus teams.
• Align and measure program outcomes; collect and analyze data and metrics for success.
• Participate in upfront and ongoing training, TEA focus groups, and coaching connections with LIFT Lead.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
