Education Service Center, Region 2 is seeking a Campus Coach to strengthen instructional leadership at campuses within the district by guiding the planning, delivery of coaching, and professional development focused on High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) aligned to district goals.

The role collaborates with the District Coach and LIFT Lead to execute campus plans, collect data, and participate in grant-related planning while engaging in statewide professional learning to refine coaching

• Collects, analyzes, and reports campus data to guide continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
• Participates in statewide professional learning with peers to refine coaching practices and enhance program effectiveness.

Descripción del empleo

The Campus Coach builds strong, collaborative relationships with campus leaders, instructional coaches, and teachers to strengthen instructional leadership and ensure effective planning and implementation of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) aligned to district goals. Working in coordination with the District Coach and LIFT Lead, the role develops and executes strategic campus-level plans, delivers coaching and professional development, and supports ongoing HQIM implementation. The Campus Coach also collects, analyzes, and reports campus data to guide continuous improvement, participates in collaborative planning and problem-solving tied to grant activities, and engages in statewide professional learning with peers and the Texas Education Agency to refine coaching practices and enhance program effectiveness.
