Job summary

REGION 4 ESC in Houston is seeking a Regional Districtwide Coordinator - LIFT to drive instructional leadership and HQIM planning for district and campus teams. You will coach staff, lead professional development, and coordinate grant activities with LASO implementation across campuses.

The role requires a Master’s degree, Texas teaching certificate, and 3–5 years in leadership and classroom reading/math. Travel and flexible hours may be required; salary ranges align with district levels.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required for role.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certificate for appropriate content and grade levels.
• Experience leading/teaching in reading and/or math with districts or campuses.
• Ability to develop and present effective professional development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LIFT District Coach or Campus Coach to build relationships with district leaders for HQIM planning and implementation.
• Coach and support grant activities, HQIM planning, and instructional leadership practices.
• Deliver initial training and implementation support to campus leaders and teachers.
• Conduct weekly check-ins and monthly campus visits for coaching and PD.
