Job summary

ESC Region 11 is seeking a Campus Coach for Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas (LIFT) to collaborate with campus leaders, instructional coaches, and teachers. The role focuses on instructional leadership and HQIM planning aligned with district goals.

The position is full-time, exempt, reporting to the Coordinator of Instructional Services, with requirements including a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), TEA licensure, and HQIM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Texas Teacher Educator's certification required; Principal certification preferred.
• Three-plus years classroom teaching and experience as instructional coach or administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial training, implementation support, and coaching for campus leaders, instructional coaches, and teachers on HQIM planning and implementation.
• Build and foster LEA program experience at campus level; manage campus leadership and campus team experience in the grant program.
• Align data collection and metrics to program success; support data analysis and reporting.
