Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an HQ Support Lead in Springfield, VA to manage IT support operations for TSA's HQ sites. This on-site role requires directing field services, establishing goals, and ensuring staffing aligns with project objectives.

You will provide technical and management leadership across HQ locations, oversee deskside and mobility support, and ensure completion of required training. US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of IT customer support engineering experience in HQ settings.
• Strong strategic management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading field services teams and deployments.

• Directs and controls all international field support activities, having overall responsibility for management, methods, and staffing to ensure technical requirements are met

Qualifications

High School with 9+ years of IT customer support engineering experience (or commensurate experience)

• 8 years experience in managing, directing, and leading IT Field Services in a HQ setting, including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, asset management inventory assistance, video conferencing and A/V O&M, and local on-site cabling
• Possesses strong strategic management leadership and interpersonal skills, applies domain expertise to make decisive problem-solving decisions, and effectively plans and coordinates complex project implementations

Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance

Posted Salary Range

USD $94,150.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
