Job summary

Universal Pure, LLC in Malvern, PA is seeking a proactive HPP Workflow Coordinator to manage the processing of HPP and VAS activities. You will assist with scheduling, complete work orders, and coordinate with operations and FSQA to ensure timely and accurate production activities.

Responsibilities include managing wave tickets, maintaining ERP/WMS records, and ensuring smooth inbound/outbound product flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems is a plus
• Logistics, warehousing, or production coordination experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work order creation
• Timely and accurate delivery of wave tickets to the warehouse
• Scheduling of inbound/outbound appointments for HPP/VAS activities
• Close work orders promptly after FSQA release
• Maintain accuracy of records and folders within ERP/WMS
• Coordinate and communicate with the Warehouse Team to ensure timely inbound and outbound product flow
