Job summary

Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a Production Control Expeditor to coordinate and expedite actions on materials, parts and assemblies to support production schedules and satisfy customer commitments. This role requires ERP experience and strong attention to detail.

You will release and track shop floor work orders, review schedules, manage priorities, and communicate across departments to maintain steady workflow and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant job experience.
• ERP system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Release and track shop floor work orders and packets based on Control Points and APS schedules.
• Review production schedules and confer with departments to determine part status and overdue items.
• Manage priorities and determine work order sequence in assigned work centers.
• Enter work orders in ERP system for manufacturing sales orders.
• Compile information from systems to communicate workflow across departments.
• Coordinate action plans for stalled work orders to maintain flow.
• Coordinate with receiving and shipping to meet customer commitments.
• Interface with all departments regarding problems or status of work orders.
• Monitor job cycle time within assigned work centers.
