Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies, LLC is seeking a production coordinator to manage internal flow and customer communication. You will review MRP, verify PO vs work orders, and update customers within 4 hours while coordinating with production on ECDs to keep orders on schedule.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience. ITAR-related data access is a condition of employment, with a normal office environment and shop conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Review the MRP system to ensure customer order due dates align with required delivery dates.
• Verify customer purchase orders against internal work orders to ensure process requirements are met.
• Provide continuous updates to customers on order status within 4 hours.
• Coordinate with production on obtaining ECDs for orders.
• Develop daily reports on orders and communicate with production to maintain workflow.
