Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Education or experience combination as listed: Master’s with 5+ years, Bachelor’s with 7+ years, or 9 years in software engineering.
• Experience with Linux CLI and Linux tools.
• Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting for automation.
• Experience in Linux environments using Python and/or Rust.
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Podman/containerd).
• Experience with automation using Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Experience using Git for source control.
• Ability to develop, test, document, deploy, and sustain software in a mission-focused environment.
• Strong communication with software, systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain system-management software for Linux HPC environments.
• Develop Python and Rust software solutions.
• Build tools to automate provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of HPC systems.
• Create Bash/Python scripts to automate tasks and deployments.
• Implement interfaces for communication among HPC components and management tools.
• Develop containerized applications with Docker/Podman/containerd and CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate builds, tests, deployment, and security checks using GitLab CI/Jenkins.
• Collaborate across engineering and cybersecurity teams to meet requirements.
