The candidate should have hands-on experience with laptops, desktops, RPOS, workstations, and printers, with an emphasis on on-site problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with hardware technology training.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing HP PC/Printer hardware on-site.
• Ability to educate customers and resolve incidents within service commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site PC and printer break/fix support for HP products.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues, replace components, and restore service.
• Coordinate with customers and escalation teams to meet contractual commitments.
• Maintain professional appearance and prepare documentation for service events.
