Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking residents/fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our primary care offices. You will manage a patient panel, conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and perform tele-health visits as needed.

You will participate in Clinical Rounds, collaborate with in-person and virtual teams, and use your clinical training to perform in-office procedures when appropriate. This full-time role supports growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Must be Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed residency and scheduling next board exam.
• State license in Texas obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers; conduct tele-health visits as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
