Job summary

One Medical is seeking residents/fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 for our Austin offices. The role supports primary care delivery in a tech-enabled environment with mentoring, a personalized learning plan, and ongoing education opportunities.

Full-time employment is offered, with salary informed by experience and schedule. Base pay ranges from $167,900 to $264,500 per year, with potential additional pay for qualifications.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Must be Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family/Internal Medicine Residency within the last year and scheduled to take next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in Texas, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, or tele-health visits as appropriate.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
