Job summary

One Medical, a growing primary care group, is recruiting residents completing training in 2026 or 2027 for positions in Austin, TX. You’ll practice in a tech-enabled, supportive environment with mentorship and a structured onboarding program designed to foster growth.

Base salary is competitive and reflects experience and scheduling commitments. The role is full-time, based in Austin offices with in-person care and occasional telehealth.

Qualifications

• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Ability to communicate with diverse patient populations
• Ability to use technology to deliver high-quality care
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers; conduct telehealth visits
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
