Job summary

One Medical is seeking a resident or fellow completing training in 2026 or 2027 for our Austin offices. You will manage a diverse patient panel, see patients in-office, and participate in tele-health visits while engaging in ongoing clinical rounds and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Must be in or recent graduate of Family/Internal Medicine residency, board-eligible, and Texas-licensed before start. This full-time role offers robust onboarding and long-term growth in primary care.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed Family/Internal Medicine residency (2026/2027).
• Board-eligible Family or Internal Medicine resident or completed residency within the last year and taking next exam.
• Texas license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• See patients in-office, testing centers, and occasional tele-health visits.
• Attend weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate daily with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Use clinical training to perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
