Job summary

One Medical seeks residents or fellows finishing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our Austin, TX offices. You will care for a diverse patient panel in a tech-enabled primary care setting, with ongoing mentoring, a structured onboarding plan, and access to nationwide primary care leadership development.

The role is full-time with an onboarding that emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous learning. Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in, or completed within the last year, a Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or completed residency within the last year and scheduled for next board exam.
• State license in Texas obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
