Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years in commercial lending or 14–16 years' equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial lending practices and loan documentation
• Advanced understanding of credit underwriting, documentation, loan policy, and regulations
• Advanced knowledge of Wealth Management and Treasury Services products
• Excellent communication and persuasive oral and written reports and presentations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute relationship management and business development plans for customers and prospects.
• Schedule business development calls and manage customer and prospect databases.
• Identify needs and solutions during appointments and monitor existing customer relationships.
• Issue and negotiate new relationship and cross-selling proposals focusing on Wealth Management, Treasury Services and deposit attraction.
• Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including renewals, financial analysis and compliance.
• Serve as the primary link for all financial services to individual clients and resolve operational problems.
• Oversee credit approval, documentation, and booking processes, including loan proposals and presentations to loan committees.
• Provide training and serve as a resource for less experienced loan officers, and participate in community activities to enhance the bank's image.
