Ideal candidates have 1+ years of managerial experience in medical equipment rental and a strong focus on operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance. This position is on-site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience in medical equipment rental operations.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of two or more employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Oversee branch processes for timely equipment delivery and pick-up, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism with hospital partners.
• Manage medical equipment inventory, storage and maintenance, and ensure safety compliance.
• Input and maintain accurate digital records and support performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
