Job summary

Trystar is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to support its talent acquisition function. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for assigned positions, with a focus on building strong relationships with hiring managers and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

You will coordinate interviews, manage multiple requisitions, and develop talent pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or similar.
3-5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing, engineering, or other fast-paced environment (agency).
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, or other recruiting channels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to effectively screen candidates and assess qualifications against job requirements.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting technology.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now, strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Working knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws related to hiring.
Manufacturing, engineering, technical, or skilled trades recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting: manage the full recruitment process for assigned positions from intake through offer and acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and candidate profiles.
Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Coordinate interviews and move candidates efficiently through the process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
Research and identify new sourcing channels to expand candidate pools.
Help reduce reliance on external recruiting agencies through direct sourcing.
Represent Trystar positively and communicate culture and growth opportunities to candidates.
Follow established recruiting processes to ensure a consistent candidate experience.
Utilize recruiting technology to improve sourcing, communication, and efficiency.
Track recruiting activity and provide updates on progress and needs.
Identify opportunities to improve the recruiting process.
