Job summary

Trystar is seeking a Recruiter to support its talent acquisition function by managing full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong candidate experience.

You will build talent pipelines, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, and contribute to process improvements while representing Trystar’s culture and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or similar.
• 3-5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, or other channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; build relationships with candidates and managers.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technology.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities.
• Manufacturing, engineering, technical recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: manage intake through offer and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Maintain regular candidate communication for a positive experience.
• Coordinate interviews and move candidates efficiently through the process.
• Develop talent pipelines and expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct proactive outreach to active and passive candidates.
• Reduce reliance on external agencies through direct sourcing.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Identify process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency.
• Represent Trystar positively and communicate culture and opportunities.
