Job summary

Sednair, a growing manufacturer, seeks a Sales Manager for our newly opened office in Northern Houston, TX. This on-site role leads the sales team and shapes growth in North America.

You will analyze markets, develop strategies, recruit partners, and collaborate with Marketing and Product Management on pricing and product opportunities. Travel required; evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Centrifugal Air Compressors and related standards.
• Experience using data to drive sales performance.
• Willing to travel and attend tradeshows; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow North America market share.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs; identify improvements.
• Recruit and train distribution partners and sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product for pricing and product specs.
