Fox TV Stations is seeking a driven Sales Manager for KRIV/KTXH – FOX 26 Houston / My 20 Vision. The role leads a high‑performing sales team, strengthens client relationships, and drives revenue growth across broadcast and digital platforms.

You will develop pricing strategies, mentor Account Executives, and ensure compliance with FCC regulations while expanding cross‑platform solutions. The position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of media sales, and the ability to close

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in broadcast and/or digital media sales.
• Prior sales leadership or senior account executive experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsabilidades

• Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to exceed revenue targets across local, national, and digital platforms.
• Team Leadership & Development: Coach, mentor, and motivate Account Executives to achieve goals, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
• Client & Agency Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners to drive long-term growth.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with leadership to implement pricing strategies, manage inventory, and maximize yield.
• Cross-Platform Sales Integration: Champion integration of digital, streaming, and OTT with linear broadcast.
• Political Advertising: Oversee political advertising strategy and execution with FCC compliance.
• Revenue Optimization: Identify and grow non-traditional revenue streams including sponsorships and special programming.
• Forecasting & Analytics: Support revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Collaboration & Operations: Work with traffic, research, and station departments to ensure campaign success.
