Job summary

DEEP is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator to be the first dedicated Technology team member at our Houston facility. You will own day-to-day IT support, oversee Windows 11 and iOS environments, and maintain GCC High/ITAR systems with strong security controls.

As the sole technologist on site, you will interact with UK and Florida teams, handle IT governance, OT collaboration, and drive cybersecurity and incident response across the US footprint.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Systems Administration with senior or sole-charge responsibility.
• Experience supporting C-suite/executive users.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Purview, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for US employees across Windows 11 and iOS environments.
• Own on-site IT activities at the Houston site, including device provisioning, desk moves, cabling, printers, and AV equipment.
• Manage security controls, ITIL processes, and audit-ready documentation for GCC High and ITAR environments.
