Job summary

One Medical in Seattle is seeking a current Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics resident nearing completion to join our primary care team. You will deliver high‑quality care in a tech‑enabled environment, with a robust onboarding and ongoing professional development.

This full‑time role offers exposure to in-office and telehealth visits, weekly Clinical Rounds, and collaboration across in‑office and virtual teams. Salary ranges from $196,400 to $309,300 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in Washington, obtained before your One Medical start date

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
