• Willingness to participate in a 24/7/365 rotational call schedule.
• Flexibility for extensive onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by scheduling and conducting calls with current and prospective customers to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans based on product positioning, market competition, and customer needs.
• Engage hospital personnel and physicians through consultative conversations to understand procedural volume, product usage, and unmet needs.
• Resolve product-related issues and service concerns through collaboration with marketing, pricing, and clinical research.
• Expand access and visibility by developing relationships across hospital departments and identifying key purchasing influencers.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to educate clinicians and support CRM adoption.
• Oversee clinical resources to support device implants, programming, troubleshooting, and follow-up care across the territory.
• Provide direct support during device implants in hospital labs and ORs, with ongoing engagement to ensure long-term patient and customer satisfaction.
