Job summary

Boston Scientific in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a clinical/commercial contributor in Cardiac Rhythm Management. You will support device implants, follow-ups, programming, and troubleshooting while educating healthcare professionals on product use and clinical benefits.

You will collaborate with hospitals to drive CRM adoption, participate in a 24/7 on-call schedule, and help ensure patient outcomes. A bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience are preferred; EP/Cath lab background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical work experience.
• Minimum of 0-2 years' professional work experience.
• Ability and willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: experience in an Electrophysiology (EP) lab, cardiac device clinic, or Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) lab.
• Solid background in medical device sales, clinical education, or clinical research is required.
• Demonstrated initiative and accountability, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex therapies to diverse clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary clinical expert during device implants, patient follow-ups, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Delivering education and training to healthcare professionals on product use and clinical benefits.
• Attending procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to support patient outcomes.
• Building relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to foster trust and drive engagement.
• Resolving customer needs, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure patient and clinician satisfaction.
• Managing product inventory according to company guidelines and ensuring readiness.
• Participating in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule to support patients and clinicians in real time.
