Qualifications

• Previous property management experience (multifamily) 1–2 years required; Community Manager experience preferred.
• Experience managing a property of 400+ units preferred.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish – plus; fluency in Urdu, Hindi, or Gujarati is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor employees, and build high-performance teams based on Ashford Values and Behaviors.
• Develop digital and local marketing campaigns; follow up on qualified traffic, give tours, and close applications; conduct market surveys.
• Oversee maintenance service and make-ready; coordinate in-house staff and vendors to prepare units quickly and cost-effectively.
• Build resident relationships and organize monthly events that engage residents.
• Manage vendors and invoices, ensure costs stay within budget and adherence to policies.
