You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, drive cold outreach, and lead the sales process end-to-end to secure job orders while collaborating with a seasoned

Qualifications

• Staffing, recruiting, executive search, or professional services experience preferred.
• Strong B2B sales background with a track record of personally winning new business.
• Comfortable prospecting, handling rejection, and selling directly to executives.
• Strong Houston network within IT, Finance, or Accounting is highly valuable.
• Full-desk recruiting experience is a major plus.
• Someone motivated by uncapped earning potential and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships across the Houston market.
• Prospect into CFOs, VPs of Finance, Controllers, CIOs, IT Directors, and other senior decision-makers.
• Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and your own relationships.
• Own the sales process from initial conversation through securing job orders.
• Partner with an experienced recruiting team to deliver on the business you win.
• Manage client relationships and continue growing accounts.
• Full-desk capable candidates can also source, screen, and place candidates themselves.
