Job summary

Hunter+Sage is seeking a North America Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across the U.S. and Canada, balancing immediate hiring needs with long-term talent strategy. You will build proactive pipelines and partner with leadership to attract high-caliber talent.

You’ll help elevate talent programs as the business scales, collaborate with global TA colleagues, and drive recruiting initiatives across multiple markets, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience across corporate, professional, technical, and operational roles.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across North America, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, establish hiring priorities, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, including confidential and business-critical searches.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify qualified candidates and understand talent availability across key markets.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience and consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Assess recruiting needs and determine when external search partners or agencies may be beneficial.
• Establish and develop university partnerships, internship programs, career fair participation, and other early-career recruiting initiatives.
• Leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to evaluate hiring effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition colleagues to share best practices, improve consistency, and support broader talent initiatives.
