Shaw Contract is seeking a highly driven Account Executive to lead the Houston A&D-focused territory, building deep relationships within the architecture and design community while driving specifications for high-profile commercial projects. This role requires strong prospecting, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience or equivalent in commercial interiors, A&D, or related industry.
• Must thrive in a highly collaborative, team-selling environment with shared financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across A&D and targeted end-use segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers & end users.
• Travel daily within the territory to develop and grow accounts.
• Lead product presentations, design consultations, and specification efforts.
• Manage projects end-to-end from opportunity identification through installation and post-project follow-up.
• Maintain an active pipeline through CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
• Represent Shaw Contract in the local market through meetings and industry events.
