Job summary

Shaw Contract in Los Angeles is seeking a driven Account Executive to lead the A&D-focused territory, strengthening relationships with architects, designers, and end users while driving specifications and growth across workplace, healthcare, and end uses.

You will travel daily within the territory, present design-centric solutions, manage projects end-to-end, and maintain a robust CRM pipeline to support ongoing market momentum.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in commercial interiors, A&D, or related industry.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline development, and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across A&D and targeted end-use segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers & end users.
• Travel daily within the territory to develop and grow accounts.
• Lead product presentations, design consultations, and specification efforts.
• Manage projects end-to-end: from opportunity identification through installation and post-project follow-up.
• Maintain an active pipeline through CRM tools (Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
• Stay informed on design trends, product innovation, and market activity.
• Represent Shaw Contract in the local market through meetings and industry events.
