Job summary

Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Further Process Operator at our Liquid Egg Processing facility in Ft. Recovery, Ohio. Starting pay is $17.90–$21.45 per hour with potential increase at 90 days and profit-sharing bonuses.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with opportunities to grow within a long-standing food company. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with food safety, monitoring production, training staff, and maintaining HACCP/SQF documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• 2 years experience in further process/pasteurization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and USDA regulations.
• Monitor production processes to maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Conduct daily inspections and work with USDA inspectors.
• Train employees on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Assist with HACCP, SQF, and production documentation.
