Job summary

Health Solutions is seeking a Housing Voucher Administrator in Pueblo, CO to support tenants in accessing services and navigating HUD/DOH requirements. You will manage a caseload of voucher recipients, coordinate with landlords, and ensure timely admissions, issuance, and annual inspections.

The role involves community-based work, reporting to Community Response leadership, and a strong emphasis on compliance and client support in a multi-agency setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Administrative support experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Computer proficiency and basic software skills required.

Responsibilities

• Voucher case management services for voucher recipients.
• Complete new admissions/lease-ups.
• Voucher issuance and coordination with landlords.
• Report to HUD/DOH as a partnered agency with the State of Colorado.
• Complete annual recertifications and inspections.
• Maintain compliant records and perform related duties.
