Job summary

Health Solutions is seeking a Housing Team Lead for the Adult Outpatient Services in Pueblo, CO. The role supports clients in accessing housing resources, maintains caseloads, and ensures HUD/DOH requirements are met. On-site, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include team coordination, HMIS trainings, records management, and policy development. A Bachelor’s degree and CO driver license are required, with experience in housing vouchers preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or closely related field required.
• Experience with housing vouchers, recertification, and state requirements.
• Valid Colorado driver license with good driving record.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• As Housing Team Lead, maintain caseload and complete HUD/DOH housing voucher requirements.
• Conduct team meetings and assign tasks to staff.
• Provide HMIS duties trainings including VI-SPDAT and recertifications.
• Maintain records for Housing Quality Inspections and audits.
• Provide weekly or bi-weekly supervision for Housing staff.
• Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, and workflows.
• Participate in community committees addressing homelessness.
