Job summary

Health Solutions is seeking a Housing Voucher Administrator to join the Housing Team in Pueblo, CO. You will manage voucher caseloads, work with landlords, and ensure HUD/DOH compliance while coordinating services in clients’ homes and community settings.

The role involves housing inspections, recertifications, and reporting, with emphasis on documentation accuracy and collaboration with cross-functional teams within Health Solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative support experience required.
• Valid Colorado Driver License and reliable transportation required.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage voucher caseload and complete HUD/DOH requirements for housing vouchers.
• Conduct new admissions/lease-ups and voucher issuance.
• Coordinate with landlords for property maintenance and payments.
• Perform annual recertifications and property inspections; maintain thorough records.
