Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of post-secondary education preferred.
• Prior experience in a residential homeless program required.
• Experience working with individuals in crisis/low-income preferred.
• Must have valid KY ID; CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days; pass background and Sex Offender Registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational control of the facility in the absence of senior staff (including holiday coverage).
• Oversee front desk operations including answering the phone, providing referrals, monitoring cameras, and assisting with client requests.
• Ensure client compliance with VOA policies and house rules.
• Maintain chronological records of events and sign-in/out logs.
• Assist with initial intake paperwork and with medication management as assigned.
• Provide support for volunteers and assist in safety drills and inspections.
