Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, provide information and direct to the appropriate person.
• Respond to general inquiries from the public about the program.
• Look up data in the system of record and enter notes.
• Complete weekly spreadsheets: walk-in visitors and phone calls; reasons.
• Advise managers of any issues or complaints; maintain teamwork and quality standards.
