Qualifications

• Experience in professional office environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the public and internal staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Answer incoming calls and provide program information.
• Look up data in the system and enter notes as required.
• Monitor waiting area traffic and maintain schedules
• Complete weekly walk-in and phone call activity reports.
• Notify management of any issues or discrimination concerns.
