Job summary

Quadel is seeking dedicated professionals to help grow our mission and support HUD-regulated housing programs. The role involves processing applications, determining eligibility, and preparing contracts under HUD regulations and our Administrative Plan.

The incumbent will communicate with participants, owners, and staff, maintain confidential files, and conduct re-examinations while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in written/spoken English is required; bilingual abilities (Spanish/Creole a plus) are beneficial.
• Must obtain required certifications within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assigned activities and transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Supports SEMAP, contractual standards, and performance measures.
• Plans and schedules activities to facilitate timely turn-around of transactions.
• Meets established accuracy and timeliness standards for transactions.
• Ensures compliance with HUD rules, policies, and Administrative Plan procedures.
• Provides professional customer service and answers inquiries from participants, owners, applicants, and the public.
• Maintains confidentiality of PII and handles sensitive information.
• Performs data entry and generates reports related to rent calculations and subsidies.
• Completes income, asset, and subsidy calculations and notifies participants of changes.
• Coordinates moves, rent increases, implementations of portability, and hearings as needed.
• Assists with HAP contracts and tenancy processing; supports supervisors and managers.
