Job summary

Quadel Consulting & Training is seeking dedicated professionals to perform HCV program activities, including eligibility processing, re-certifications, and contract preparation, in accordance with HUD regulations. You will handle leasing, portability, moves, and rent adjustments, ensuring timely, accurate processing and strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• HCV program knowledge or familiarity is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with data.
• Analytical and math skills for income and subsidy calculations.
• Excellent communication with participants, owners and staff.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish/Creole a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform HCV program activities including eligibility processing and re-certifications.
• Prepare contracts, briefings and verify information per HUD rules.
• Handle transactions such as leasing, moves, rent increases, and portability.
• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and Administrative Plan.
• Maintain accurate data entry and prepare reports as required.
• Communicate with participants, owners and managers in a professional manner.
• Conduct annual and interim re-examinations and notify participants of changes.
• Support nondiscrimination and high-quality customer service at all times.
