Responsibilities

• Attend court dockets to provide in-person eviction navigation.
• Refer clients to CAN, legal aid, housing and social services.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify housing, financial, and legal needs.
• Maintain confidential client and court records and track outcomes.
