Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Counselors and oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate on-site activities and milieu therapy support.
• Assist clinical staff with resident services and referrals.
• Ensure safety, security, and crisis response.
• Document significant events in daily logs and assist with turnovers.
