Job summary

DESC seeks a Project Manager to lead the HOST program, overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, and service delivery across multiple shelter and housing sites in King County. You will ensure quality, reporting, and cross‑agency collaboration with DESC teams and external partners.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical supervision capabilities, and experience in behavioral health services for people experiencing homelessness. Evening/weekend flexibility and driving may be needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related behavioral science required.
• Experience in community-based behavioral health services preferred.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HOST operations across multiple service locations with staffing and service delivery oversight.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, WA state requirements, and relevant health authority standards.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to HOST Supervisors and Peer Supervisor.
