Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED with 2 years behavioral health experience.
• Associate's degree with 1+ year relevant experience.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and pass MV screen.
• Fingerprint clearance or eligible to obtain.
• 3.3 weeks PTO in first year; 10 paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs intakes, screening and assessments for residents.
• Meets residents in transitional housing 2x/month for needs.
• Oversees safety standards; inspects units and detectors.
• Identifies unmet needs; coordinates referrals and follow-up.
• Develops Individualized Housing Plans with residents.
• Intervenes in crises and coordinates supports.
• Liaises with landlords and manages unit repairs.
• Applies Arizona Landlord and Tenant Act to residents.
• Participates in community planning and networking.
• Maintains HQS housing standards and lease compliance.
• Shares emergency on-call duties as required.
