Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Housing Stability Coordinator in Atlanta to develop and deliver on-site educational, social, and empowering programming for residents, aiming to enhance quality of life and support successful tenancy.

The role involves coordinating supportive service plans, ensuring compliance with program requirements, conducting resident assessments, and partnering with community agencies and management to improve property operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in mental health or housing stability.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of supportive service plans and programming at all properties.
• Maintain PMC Scorecard compliance and complete all reporting on time.
• Assess residents’ needs and facilitate access to services.
• Educate residents on lease obligations to improve tenancy success.
• Address delinquency, housekeeping, and resident issues to reduce turnover.
• Network with community agencies to provide programs for residents.
• Collaborate with management on resident issues and concerns.
• Assist residents with eligibility programs and required documents.
• Liaise with the community to improve property operations.
• Collaborate with local police to enhance safety and security.
• Provide ongoing case management for residents in set-aside units.
• Regularly check-in with residents in set-aside units.
• Liaise between external providers and property operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
