Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Two years experience in case management, program management, or homelessness services.
• Experience or familiarity with HUD/Section 8 housing subsidies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing.
• Promote participant self-sufficiency and independent living.
• Support participants with daily living activities including budgeting and scheduling.
• Serve as liaison between participants, landlords, property managers, housing authorities, and healthcare providers.
