Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of social services experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the implementation of supportive service plans and delivers needed programming at all properties.
• Ensures compliance with program requirements and completes state/federal reporting on time.
• Assesses residents’ needs and connects them with services and resources.
• Educates residents on lease obligations to support successful tenancy.
• Addresses delinquency and turnover factors to protect property quality.
• Networks with community agencies to provide programs that enhance residents’ lives.
