  • Ensure services are delivered using person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor program operations, documentation, and service quality for alignment with funding requirements.
  • Develop and improve workflows, processes, and systems to strengthen service effectiveness and client outcomes.
  • Review client service plans, case documentation, and program metrics to support quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external community partners to strengthen service coordination and access to resources.
  • Assist with program implementation, policy adherence, and operational planning.

Salary: Approximately $65,000-$70,000 annually with $5000 sign on bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager - Case Management to lead a team of case management professionals providing housing stabilization and supportive services to individuals and families transitioning to stable housing. This role combines team leadership, program oversight, staff development, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based services.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • Standard business hours
  • Primarily office-based, with regular travel throughout the local service area and occasional visits to additional program locations.
  • Salary Range: Approximately $65,000-$70,000 annually
