Abode in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to provide vital housing stabilization services for homeless and low-income households. The role involves counseling, referrals, and creating individualized housing plans to ensure long-lasting stability. You will collaborate with various community services and manage comprehensive case files to support participants effectively.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelor's degree and has experience in case management. They are required to have a valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of case management experience providing services to homeless or low-income individuals and/or families.
• Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop a community calendar of activities and events.
• Collaborate with property management to foster a community.
• Assist residents in retaining housing and maximizing independence.
• Provide referrals for further assessment/treatment services.
