Job summary

PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) is seeking a Residential Coordinator in San Jose, CA to support RPSS tenants and coordinate housing services. You will work with the case management team to help residents access needed resources and maintain housing stability.

The role focuses on coordinating move-ins, collaborating with community partners, and maintaining documentation in HMIS and Salesforce. A driving requirement and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

• Provide assistance for critical issues impacting housing stability.
• Respond to housing and tenant-related emergencies during business hours and after hours.
• Identify and secure community resources with the assigned case manager.
